Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings to perform precise measurements for project estimation
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities to support tender submissions
- Analyze tender and contract documents, specifications, and terms to ensure compliance
- Evaluate quotations, prices, rates, and build-up rates to perform accurate pricing analysis
- Administer contracts by valuing payments and variations claims according to contract requirements
- Manage all tender activities necessary for procuring new projects efficiently
- Collaborate independently and within teams to achieve project objectives
- Complete assigned tasks within stipulated timelines and constraints
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the bored piling industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience preparing bored piling tender submissions
