Job Description & Requirements

. To leads a team of QS in tendering projects

. To explore on tender opportunities and update on tender listing on weekly basis to management for review

. To highlight on potential tenders from the market to senior management

. To attend site tender briefing

. To conduct briefing with top management on project details

. Delegation of tender work scope to QS and ensure workload of QS is well distributed

. To ensure time completion of measurement and sourcing of quotation

. Ensure tender corrigendum issued is update with tender documents

. Reviewing quotations and / or comparison of quotations by QS

. Reviewing tender documents / drawings on contract requirements

. Conduct internal meeting with QS on issues of tender

. Post tender review

. Strong time-management and organizational skills

. Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time

. Ensuring pre-qualification and tenders are undertaken to meet Clients requirements and sufficient resources are available to complete tenders

. Provide leadership advice and support to staff within the Team
