Job Descriptions
. Review of all tender documents, drawings, specifications, Employer's Requirements, conditions of contract, and relevant authorities requirements.
. Coordinate with internal departments, liaise and coordinate with tender managers, technical team, planning team, BIM team, engineers and consultants for tender preparation.
. Attend internal tender meeting and meeting with consultants.
. Prepare quantity take-offs.
. Source, obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, suppliers and service providers including prepare quotation cost comparison, cost analysis, cost estimates.
. Assist the Lead Tender Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of pricing schedules, Bills of Quantities, cost breakdowns, tender estimates, and all commercial documents required for tender submissions.
. Maintain tender records, pricing databases, subcontractor databases and historical cost information.
. Upon award, assist in tender handover to the project team, including briefing on pricing assumptions, risks and contractual obligations.
. Carry out any other tendering, estimating, commercial or contractual duties necessary for the successful preparation and submission of tenders.
. Reporting to Commercial / Contracts Manager.
. Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC policies, processes, systems and procedures.
. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines.
. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E quantity surveying, tendering or contract administration.
. Familiar with M&E systems including ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, ELV and associated building services works.
. Experience in Data center, building, design-and-build, civil engineering, infrastructure or others public sector projects will be an advantage.
. Prepare in tender experience.
