Tender Estimator (Grp C2)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tender administration and document control for M&E projects.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare comprehensive cost estimations.
• Manage the RFQ process, including sourcing, liaising with suppliers, and analyzing quotations.
• Compile and coordinate the final submission of all tender documents.
• Collaborate with the project team and participate in site visits for continuous learning.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a tendering or quantity surveying role, preferably within the M&E construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (Single-Line Diagrams, Schematics, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential for costing, quantity take-offs, and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
