Tender and Renewal Specialist (DSC/JH)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to understand client's requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, solutioning team, project management, to gather necessary information for proposal development.
• Go through requirements to identify and strategize to close all maintenance gaps.
• Prepare proposals that meets all requirements, emphasize organizational strengths, and differentiate from competitors.
• Collaborate with the bid team to ensure bid is compliant, accurate and competitive.
• Manage time effectively to meet tight proposal submission deadlines.
• Stay informed about industry trends to enhance the organization's competitiveness in the bidding process.
• Provide support during presentation as well as pre and post presentation clarifications from clients

Requirements:

• Required to have minimum 3 – 5 years of network / cybersecurity technical support experience
• Experience in handling IT project tenders is a plus
• Highly self-motivated and meticulous.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Good communication, writing and presentation skills
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
