Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a 6-month maternity cover position.

Responsibilities:

A tender administrator plays a pivotal role in the tender life cycle. This role assists in the tender process from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out. Collates & checks documentation within the tendering and contract process.

  • Provide overall administrative support inpreparation and submission of project tenders.
  • Provide secretarial support to HOD/Tender Manager.
  • Support tender costing and evaluation function.
  • Maintain organized records of all tender-related documents, correspondence, and contracts, with compliance to ISO standards.
  • Upkeep and update company's Track records.
  • Collaborating with various departments within the organization to gather necessary information for the tender submission.
  • Ensuring that all tender documents are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD/Tender Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Construction Industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills with multi-tasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently.
