What The Role Entails
Position Overview
Tencent Cloud is expanding its global training footprint and is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to deliver high-impact training sessions for international markets. This role plays a key part in accelerating Tencent Cloud adoption by equipping partners, customers, and internal teams with in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong background in cloud technologies and a passion for education and enablement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and professional technical training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Tencent Cloud products and solutions to global audiences.
- Customize and localize existing training content for international markets to ensure relevance and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training materials and develop new content as needed.
- Support learners through live sessions and hands-on exercises, reinforcing knowledge and guiding real-world application.
- Analyze participant feedback and training data to improve course content and instructional delivery.
- Assist in the development and refinement of certification exams and assessment tools.
Who We Look For
- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- 5 years of experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or consultant, preferably in cloud computing or enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in in both English and Chinese to manage internal and external training materials, stakeholders and audiences.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and hands-on familiarity with Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms with professional certifications from major cloud providers highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging, structured technical presentations and facilitate hands-on workshops for diverse, global audiences.
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or managing online learning platforms is an advantage.
- Prior international training or teaching experience, particularly with multicultural or cross-regional learners, is preferred.
