Position Overview

Tencent Cloud is looking for a Product Solution Architecture Intern to support the pre-sales and solution development of its Real-Time Communication (TRTC) products. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud-based communication technologies, technical pre-sales, and client engagement. You will work closely with sales, pre-sales, and product teams to understand customer needs, develop solutions, and support Proof of Concept (PoC) testing. If you are passionate about real-time communication technologies, cloud computing, and customer engagement, this role offers a strong foundation for a future career in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing customer requirements and providing technical support for Tencent Cloud's TRTC (Real-Time Communication) solutions.
• Support PoC (Proof of Concept) verifications, working with pre-sales teams to test real-time communication products in customer environments.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design industry-specific TRTC solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and Tencent Cloud product capabilities.
• Assist in market research and industry analysis, gathering insights to help refine and improve TRTC solutions.
• Support channel and marketing teams in partner enablement activities, technical training, and customer workshops.
• Participate in public-facing events, webinars, and conferences, assisting in presenting TRTC product capabilities and industry insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with an expected graduation timeline in 2025 or 2026.
• Strong understanding of real-time communication technologies, including live broadcasting, media encoding/decoding, and network transmission protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze technical requirements and assist in developing customer solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin, including technical writing, presentations, and customer interactions.
• Passion for cloud computing, communication technologies, and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months.
