Our client is looking for a responsible candidate to support leasing operations for a premier commercial property. This stable role within a great team, based in a central location, is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with retail leasing experience.
- Provide comprehensive support for a premier property, handling lease admin
- Build strong landlord-tenant relations and support the leasing team
- Seeking a graduate with 1-2 years of leasing support experience, strong Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of tenant sales and footfall performance.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with regulatory requirements, maintaining proper documentation.
Accurately manage all lease data in internal systems. - Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, tenant sales, arrears, and management updates.
Assist in building strong landlord-tenant relationships. - Draft, process, and track lease documentation, and handle property tax schedules.
rovide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Leasing team.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a tenancy/leasing admin environment is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with excellent numerical and communication skills.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented team player who can also work independently and proactively.
