IT Temporary Staff (17 August 2026 - 30 September 2026)
- Set up and dismantle desktop PCs, monitors, TV screens, and related equipment
- Disconnect workstations before the move, then reconnect them at the new office
- Configure laptops along with their peripherals
- Set up printers and meeting room AV systems
- Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues such as Outlook, Teams, and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Liaise with vendors throughout the office move
- Handle asset tagging and reconcile inventory records
- Provide hands-on user support during the first few weeks
- Manage cabling and test each workstation to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the move period.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology
- Prior experience in desktop support, IT support, or office IT relocation projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 applications (including Outlook and Teams)
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, AV equipment, and related peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi connectivity, network cabling, and workstation setup.
- Experience with IT asset tagging, inventory management, and hardware deployment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to safely handle and move IT equipment as part of workstation setup, relocation, and installation duties.
- Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the office relocation period, as required.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
