Job Description
The duties and responsibilities will include
- coordinating undergraduate Programmes - course planning, course enrolment, markings, and student record update.
- managing Students Exchange Programme agreement and MOU (when applicable).
- monitoring and reporting expenses used for Student Life and Creating Narrative programmes including procurement of material or equipment for the programmes
Qualifications
Strong in communication and operational skills and is adaptable to changes and has good management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications (e.g., CONCUR, SAP) is preferred
