Temporary receptionist to cover around 2 weeks (30 January 2026 - 16 February 2026)
Our client is a software solution provider in Singapore
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors notify relevant colleagues promptly.
Escort interview candidates to meeting rooms and inform interviewers.
Answer and screen incoming calls transfer calls when necessary.
Open the stationery cupboard every morning
Conduct a daily walkthrough of meeting rooms and common areas
Receive parcels and documents (DHL, FedEx, SF Express, etc.):
Stamp and acknowledge Delivery Orders (DO).
MOM deliveries
Issue and collect access cards for colleagues.
Liaise with colleagues for any facilities or equipment issue
Requirements:
At least 3 - 5 years working experience as a receptionist
