Job Title: Temporary Officer, Supervised Practice Division
Location: Kim Keat Road
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Hourly Pay Rate:$13.64/hour (Diploma holder)
Job Responsibilities:
You will provide administrative support to the Supervised Practice Division in the following areas:
- Pairing eligible supervisors to healthcare professionals
- Processing assessment reports for healthcare professionals
- Monitoring and reviewing healthcare professionals performance
- Performing any other duties as directed by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Meticulous and confident with good analytical and writing skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Positive work attitude, initiative, and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Notes:
- This is a temporary position for 12 months
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site at the location provided
- Suitable for individuals with relevant administrative experience and diploma qualifications
