Key Responsibilities:
Digitize physical HR P-files into secure electronic records.
Scan, upload, and organize documents according to HR filing standards.
Ensure accuracy in file naming and categorization.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HR data policies.
Provide daily progress updates on files uploaded.
Requirements:
Strong computer literacy (scanning, file management, MS Office).
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Good organizational skills and ability to meet daily targets.
Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
Students on attachment or fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome.
Contract Terms:
Short-term contract until 31 May 2026.
Daily/hourly rate based on agency or school arrangement.
