1. Training Coordination
- Assist in the end-to-end training process: scheduling sessions, coordinating participant attendance, and booking venues/facilities.
- Process invoices from vendors.
- Maintain accurate training records
2. Personnel File (P-File) Documentation
- Maintain and update personnel files
- Manage the filing of employment contracts, appraisal forms, and sensitive employee data.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection in accordance with company policy.
3. Interview Coordination
- Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Send out interview invites and provide candidates with necessary information
- Assist in basic candidate screening
4. General Administrative Support
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: No experience required. However, experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role will be an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
