Job Responsibilities
Perform Survey Data Consolidation and Validation
Consolidate data across different survey questions.
Group similar questions to enable comparability.
Clean, verify, and validate entries for accuracy and completeness.
Perform basic quantitative analysis qualitative analysis may be required where applicable
Administrative and Coordination Support
Provide general administrative support, including documentation, coordination and filing.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in administrative support, data entry or handling survey or records data will be advantageous. Experience in an Education or Public sector environment will be a plus.
Possess good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage routine tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and follow up with internal stakeholders.
Able to work independently with guidance and collaboratively within a team environment.
IT-savvy, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis. Experience in managing spreadsheets and performing data checks is preferred. Familiarity with Power BI will be an added advantage.
