Job Description

Employment Type: Contract - 7 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 6.00pm Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: $13.60 / $18.50 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to public and stakeholder enquiries through email and feedback systems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for official events, including vendor sourcing, invitation management, and logistics arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining documents related to procurement, communications, and reporting.
  • Support internal divisions in drafting and disseminating circulars and communications.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in handling enquiries, events coordination, or administrative support is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
