Employment Type: Contract - 7 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 6.00pm Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: $13.60 / $18.50 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to public and stakeholder enquiries through email and feedback systems in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for official events, including vendor sourcing, invitation management, and logistics arrangements.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documents related to procurement, communications, and reporting.
- Support internal divisions in drafting and disseminating circulars and communications.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in handling enquiries, events coordination, or administrative support is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
