Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team for a 5-month contract to cover a maternity leave. You will provide essential administrative support to our Quantity Surveying (QS) team and Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Office Support: Handle phone calls, manage office supplies, and oversee general office upkeep/vendor coordination.
  • QS Administrative Assistance: Assist with the digital compilation, formatting, and dispatch of tender packages and contract documents. Manage both physical and digital project filing systems and data entries.
  • Finance & HR Admin: Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Consolidate staff petty cash claims and assist with leave tracking.
  • Executive Support: Assist the Managing Director with emails and general correspondence as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with PDF management (merging documents and e-signatures).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum NITEC certificate.

Employment Terms:

  • Duration: 5-Month Contract
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Monthly Salary: $1,800 -$2,000 (Commensurate with experience)
