About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) department and support the daily operations of our TCM clinics. This role involves assisting the TCM Executive to ensure smooth clinic operations, maintain service excellence, and support both administrative and clinical functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about contributing to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational and Administration
- Assist the TCM Executive with daily clinic operations in compliance with clinical, administrative, and operational procedures.
- Support the maintenance of high service quality standards and attend to patients feedback.
- Assist in reviewing workflows, data migration, SOPs, and protocols for new systems.
2. Clinical and Outreach
- Maintain accurate and secure record-keeping of confidential documents.
- Support the TCM Executive in driving service excellence and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices.
3. Other Duties
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.
Requirements
- Minimum N, O, A level or Diploma qualification
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Team player with initiative, drive, and ability to work independently
- Able to multi-task and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients) will be an added advantages
