Temp, Testing, Inspection, Certification Industry Development (6 months)

What the role is

The candidate will primarily support project coordination and stakeholder engagement efforts within the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry development team. This includes providing operational and administrative support for the planning and execution of industry events, workshops and roundtables, coordinating and facilitating engagements with industry stakeholders, and preparing meeting summaries and briefing materials.

What you will be working on

. Support the planning and execution of a regional TIC conference, including coordination of logistics, tracking of timelines and milestones, and budget administration.
. Coordinate and provide administrative and logistical support for TIC industry workshops and roundtables, including on topics such as workforce development and digitalisation.
. Facilitate stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings with TIC companies and relevant partners, preparing meeting materials, documenting key discussion points, and tracking follow-up actions.
. Support coordination across workstreams to ensure timely progress of deliverables and alignment with project objectives.
. Where required, support research-related work for ongoing industry landscape studies and projects.

What we are looking for

. Background in Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field. Candidates with an Engineering background and relevant experience will also be considered.
. Experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, or event management will be an advantage.
. Good organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
. Familiarity with digital tools and emerging technologies (e.g. AI tools) will be an advantage.
