Duties
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Share information on products, services, or campaigns.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and update call records.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and meet assigned targets.
- Prior telemarketing experience is an advantage, but not required.
