- Verify claims or documents in accordance with company guidelines.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Support office operations and coordinate with internal teams or external stakeholders.
- Assist with event preparation, meetings, or other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Respond to basic queries and provide support to staff and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education (O-Level) or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, email).
- Strong attention to detail, especially for verification tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
