Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and organised individual to provide temporary administrative support to the REACH programme for an upcoming office relocation.

You play a key role in ensuring smooth transition to the new office by managing programme documents. Your scope of work includes sorting and categorizing case notes, updating and maintaining records in the database, and retrieving and packing documents for disposal. You should be detailed-oriented and comfortable in handling large volumes of paperwork.

This is a 3-month temporary assignment commencing October 2026.

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide clerical and operational support
  • Able to commit working till end of contract. Please indicate travel plans (if any).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

Competency

  • Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in administrative or records management work would be an advantage.

Educational And Professional Requirements

  • GCE N/O Level/ Diploma / Degree holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
