Job Title: Temp Staff (Population Health Division)

Contract Duration: Immediate - 1 year

Work Location: College Road, Singapore

Working Hours:
. Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm
. Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
. Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break

Salary Range:
. $12.53 per hour (N Level, O Level, A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec with 8-14 years of work experience or Diploma with 0-2 years of work experience)
. $13.64 per hour (Diploma with at least 3 years of work experience)

Job Description:
You will be part of the Population Health Division (PHD), the team coordinating the roll-out of Healthier SG and Singapore's population health strategy, to make Singapore a healthier nation.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
. Serve as the Personal Assistant to the Director of the Population Health Division (PHD)
. Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and trips relating to PHD
. Assist with managing the PHD budget and relevant financial procedures
. Assist with managing the Healthier SG budget and relevant financial processes

Requirements:
. Tertiary education in any discipline (minimum qualification)
. Good communication skills and ability to manage different stakeholders
. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
. Proactive and able to work independently
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Candidates with prior work experience in the public service and exposure to financial processes, particularly in budget utilisation, forecasting projections, and budget monitoring, will be considered favourably.
