Job Scope and Requirements:
- Previous experience in outreach, publicity, or communications work
- Basic graphic design or digital content creation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in event support or coordination
- Good to have: Proficiency in web development and coding (particularly Vibe coding for microsite creation)
- Experience with content management systems and learning platforms
- Customer service experience with ability to handle enquiries professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong attention to detail for content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and design tools like Canva
