Job Summary
Your primary role is to triage public feedback received by the Municipal Services Office (MSO) through various channels (primarily the OneService App and LifeSG).
Responsibilities
- Routing feedback to the rightful agency in an accurate and timely manner
- Replying to feedback submitted by members of public
- Contacting members of public, when needed, to clarify their feedback
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with feedback management/triaging is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with the public and agencies
- Clear communication skills to convey information accurately and professionally
- Ability to commit to a contract period of 6 months to 1 year
Other Information
- Salary: $13 to $20/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays 8:30am to 6:00pm & Fridays 8:30am to 5:30pm
