Job Scope:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage Case Management system admin operations including role assignments, basic report generation and category maintenance
- Assist with corporate gifts management and coordination
- Assist with adding and removing of Billing Contacts for organisations
2. Mail and Courier Management - Prepare outgoing mail (registered, local and overseas) for postage
- Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups with proper record keeping
- Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery and pickup completion
3. Customer Service Operations - Provide professional customer service by responding to enquiries across CSC service touchpoints within Service Level Agreement
- Handle customer enquiries, support L1 on clarifications where required, and assess and route/escalate cases to appropriate teams (L2/L3) in accordance with established workflows
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
- Skills and Competencies: - Strong communication and listening skills
- Good written communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, professional, and empathetic email responses
- Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic technical proficiency (basic computer literacy, basic knowledge of excel, quick learning of new systems, able to navigate different systems)
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays - Office hours
Contract Period: 8 months
