WORK SCHEDULE

5 days per week - 3 Weekdays & 2 Weekends

Weekdays: 10.00am - 7.00pm / 1.00pm - 10.00pm
Weekends: 9.00am - 6.00pm

JOB SCOPE

• Handle parent and customer enquiries over the phone.

• Provide information on programmes and assist with student registration.

• Direct potential leads to the sales team.

• Respond to customer feedback professionally and promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable speaking with parents and customers over the phone.

• Able to commit to 3 weekdays and 2 weekends each week.

• Able to commit for the full contract period.
