Working Hours: Office Hours, Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $3040
Job Scope:
- Uphold quality in every process of Distribution and Production operations undertaken
- Fully understand and adhere to all instructions as detailed in distribution & batch documents and SOPs
- Complete all documentation in compliance with the principles of cGMPs
- Perform routine cleaning of Clinical Services equipment and packaging rooms according to appropriate SOPs. Carry out housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure it is consistently clean and tidy
- Count and record materials required for use in Clinical Trial operations. Ensure all materials are handled carefully and in the correct manner
- (Quality) Report any known breaches in procedure, or any examples of substandard quality to supervisor
- Undertake additional duties or specific tasks as designated by superiors
- Receive incoming or returned materials in an efficient manner and perform putaway followed by the uploading of details into the Inventory Management System accordingly
- Ensure the correct picking of materials for all Distribution Orders
- Perform all Distribution activities in accordance with SOPs and Distribution instructions to ensure efficient, exact and secure completion
- Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems
- Process material for all Clinical Services packaging disciplines, e.g. blister packing, walleting, encapsulation, dispensing, label & compilation, in accordance with SOPs and Production Instructions
- (Quality) Undertake packaging duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice as detailed in relevant SOPs.
- Hold responsibility for verification of materials processed by completing all relevant documentation.
