Temp Patient Service Associate (Hospital - Bed Management) HZO

Location: Queenstown
Salary: $11- $12/ hr
Duration: Sep 2026 to Jan 2027

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays (24hours/7days) - 3 shifts
a) AM Shift: 8am to 5pm
b) PM Shift: 11am to 8pm
c) Night Shift: 8pm to 8am

Job Scope:

• Coordinate bed management operations by overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and bed allocation to optimise hospital capacity and patient flow.
• Manage ambulance transfers, liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, monitor utilisation, and prepare operational reports.
• Support emergency response activation, including Code Blue coordination and testing. Handle administrative enquiries, maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with PDPA, contribute to process improvements, and support departmental projects and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• Able to commit till Jan 2027
• Keen interest in healthcare industry
