Temp Patient Service Associate (Entry Level) #HZOT

Duration: Till End May 2026
Working hours: 5.5days office hours, every Sat half day
Location: Hougang

Salary: $10/hr

Jobscope:

. Attend to patient's queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.

. Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required.

. Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever.

. Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications.

. Assist or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required.

. Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries.

. Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.

Job Requirements:

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• No experience as training will be provided
• To be fully vaccinated
