Temp Patient Service Associate (3-6 months, ASAP) #HCK

Location: Sengkang/Bukit Merah/ Pasir Ris/ Tampines North

Contract: 3 to 6 months

Working Hours: 5.5 days work week, up to 44h/week according to clinic operation timing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent as a front line support staff
• Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
• Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirement:

• Min. N / O / A Level or Diploma in any field
