Temp Officer (Defects Management / Customer Service)

Must be comfortable rotating across West & North locations

$1,500 - $3,000/month

1-Year Contract

Mon - Fri, 8:45am - 6:00pm

Work Locations (Rotation Required):

(Bukit Batok - near Bukit Gombak MRT)

(Woodlands South MRT)

(near Cashew MRT)

Must be okay to rotate across all 3 sites depending on project progress

No relevant experience ok as training provided

Job Scope:

Conduct unit inspections to identify defects before handover

Liaise with contractors & owners on rectification works

Track and ensure defects are resolved within timeline

Arrange joint inspections with owners upon completion

Assist in handling customer complaints and ensure resolution

Support handover preparation (documentation, coordination)

Ideal Background (Good to Have):

Detail-oriented and able to handle coordination work
