Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance and support to end-users either remotely or on-site
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications
- Performing regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security checks
- Documenting technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
- Setting up and configuring new equipment and software for users
- Maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets
- Ensuring compliance with company IT policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system deployment preferred
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 11 preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- No experience, welcome to apply as training will be provided
