Recruitment Consultant Intern (Recruitment, Business Development)

What you'll do

• Discover, engage, and assess potential hires to drive our growth

• Proactively manage end-to-end recruitment, from outreach to onboarding

• Sourcing, interviewing and staffing of candidates with regards to our clients requirements

• Drive business development efforts and create lasting relationships with clients

• Optimise hiring processes and improve candidate experience through data-driven insights

Working Location: Orchard area

Min. 12 weeks commitment
Mon to Fri Office hours, or part-time 3-4 days per week, timing and days open for discussion

Requirements:
Min. A Levels/Diploma/Degree in any field
Singaporeans only
No experience needed! As long as you are willing to learn
