Job Summary
Provides administrative and operational support for HR functions, including handling employee queries, maintaining HR records, and supporting case management. The role also involves assisting stakeholders, ensuring timely service delivery, and analysing HR data for reporting and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Provide good administrative and operation support in HR operations and ensure good standards of delivery of HR service
- Handle HR queries and requests in a responsive and timely manner, including drafting of correspondences
- Assist in case management, including fact-finding, evaluation and providing recommendations
- Assist and work with stakeholders in HR administration of various employee groups
- Maintain, track and update HR data records and analyse data for reporting
Requirements
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR/IT systems

- Working Schedule: Mon - Thu (8.30am - 6pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary: $150/day
