Duration: 1 yr contract
Salary: Up to $3K (With completion bonus)
Job Scope:
- Assist in the preparation, validation and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics purposes, as well as in the audit and analysis of division's performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Organize HR GSS datasets and conduct ad-hoc audit checks to ensure data integrity, consistency and compliance with established standards.
- Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall HR GSS's SLA performance achievements and incident rates.
- Manage office administration such as coordination of team meetings, project tracking and documentations and tracking of Division's IT assets and stationaries where applicable.
- Participate and support in ad-hoc new HR projects.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in HR/ Business or any relevant field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft excel (pivot table, Vlookup, Dashboard, Power BI, Tableau etc)
- Able to start in Jan 2026
