Duration: 1 yr contract
Salary: Up to $2800 (Depending on experience)
Location: Bukit Merah

Job Scope:

• Collation of course nominations
• Process training applications
• Confirmation of training details
• Raise payment request for the payment and reimbursement of course fees
• Monitor attendance register, course attendance and perform course follow up
• Monitor submission of post-training forms / reports /certificates / payments / results
• Provide training support for programmes
• Prepare of course materials
• Prepare in-house training venue
• Assist to prepare and submit funding/claim application
• Maintain training catalogue and training records inLMS
• Record of learning history upon training completion

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field
• Min. some admin/ HR experience is preferred
