- Employment Type: 4 Months Contract

- Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening and technical sourcing through job portals and internal databases
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage interview logistics, including calendar coordination and follow-ups
- Conduct verbal job offers and assist in offer management processes
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Prepare, maintain, and update recruitment and HR documentation
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of candidate and employee records
- Provide administrative support to the HR / Talent Acquisition team
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support
- Familiar with recruitment processes and comfortable supporting high-volume hiring activities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
