Job Scope:
- Receiving and processing dental radiographs from external institutions and private dental clinics.
- Filtering incoming dental radiographs to distinguish diagnostic quality images from non-diagnostic images and ensure only clinically useful images are uploaded into the institution system.
- Verifying patient identifiers including name, date of birth, and identification number against radiograph metadata to ensure accuracy before uploading, maintaining proper chain of custody documentation for all processed images.
- Uploading approved dental radiographs promptly and accurately into the system whilst maintaining comprehensive audit trails and processing logs in accordance with institutional protocols.
- Responding to email correspondence from external providers, seeking clarifications or requesting replacement images when image quality is inadequate, attachments are missing, or incorrect images have been submitted. Standard response templates will be provided.
- Following established error reporting procedures and patient safety protocols when discrepancies or errors are identified.
- Ensure that all records are handled in accordance with healthcare data protection regulations, PDPA compliance, and confidentiality requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
- No experience as training will be provided
