What you will be working on
. Review and audit HR claims records in the Workday system to identify errors, inconsistencies, or submissions that do not comply with established HR policies
. Calculate overpayments and coordinate recovery processes for incorrectly submitted claims
. Communicate with staff members via email regarding claim discrepancies and required actions
. Update and rectify erroneous claim entries in the system to ensure data accuracy
. Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails of all claim reviews and corrections
. Prepare regular reports on claim error patterns, recovery amounts, and processing metrics
. Liaise with payroll team regarding claim recoveries and payment adjustments
. Any other ad-hoc tasks as required
What we are looking for
. Minimum 1-2 years of HR-related experience preferred fresh diploma/degree graduates are encouraged to apply
. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
. Prior experience with Workday system is advantageous but not essential
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative
. Strong team collaboration skills
