Job Description
- Check and verify identity and income documents submitted by applicants.
- Process financial assistance applications (e.g., assess income eligibility) according to established criteria and procedures.
- Respond to applicants enquiries via hotline/email and follow up on any outstanding documents required for assessment.
- Archive digital documents for each processed financial assistance application in the specified repository.
- Apply basic judgment in processing applications according to established guidelines.
Requirements
- A-Level / Diploma holders.
- Good communication and customer service skills clear, articulate, and professional telephone manners.
- IT savvy, systematic, and meticulous proficient in MS Office (Excel, Email).
- Able to work independently and in a team, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
