Job Responsibilities

. Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administration.

. Generate meal summaries and meal chits.

. Handle calls, enquiries and feedback.

. Support meal assembly and plating.

. Manage stock, supplies and deliveries.

. Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys.

. Support staff meal orders and payment processing.

. Perform general administrative and operational duties.

Requirements:

. Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related discipline OR Relevant working experience

. Must possess valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Able to commit 5-day work week, 42 hours per week. (5.15am - 2.45pm, 7.30am - 5pm) - Transport claimable for 5.15am shift.

. Able to work on weekends & public holidays.

. Able to commit to contract Duration: Sep 2026 - Dec 2026 / Jan 2027.
