Job Description

Job Scope

  • Handle enquiries (calls and emails) from the employers and MWs, including CRM escalations from MOMCC
  • Updating of female MWs 6ME results and related enquiries
  • Assist to e-route FormSG and cases to relevant team
  • To perform ad-hoc duties including data-entry task, generation of standard outcome letters and issue outcome to customers
  • Handling of returned mails for letters sent out by CPG team
  • To read and route all incoming faxes/ mails to the respective Processing Officers/Sections for their follow-up

Duration

12 months contract

Gross Salary

$1800

Working Hours and Days

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm

Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Requirements

1. Possess positive work attitude

2. Possess good communication (verbal & written) and customer service skills

3. Must be computer literate and know MS Office

4. Able to work with minimum supervision

5. Experience in customer service, admin or data entry is preferred
