Duties:
- Conduct research on demographics, behaviours, and emerging trends to understand user needs and preferences
- Monitor online platforms to identify relevant conversations, trends, and opportunities
- Support sourcing and proposing deals, promotions, and offerings aligned with user interests
- Assist in creating and updating digital content to ensure it is relevant and timely
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather materials and ensure accuracy before publishing
- Handle basic content management tasks such as uploads, tagging, and performance tracking
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate insights into actionable initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education
- Comfortable with cold calling
