Temp Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with product-related inquiries.

• Handle sales, returns, exchanges, and tax refunds.

• Provide gift wrapping service for purchases.

• Help with gift redemptions and purchase with purchase redemptions.

• Manage lost-and-found items and respond to customer inquiries.

• Training will be provided.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Other Information

• 5 days work week (from Monday to Sunday, depending on the roster)

• Ability to work during weekends and public holidays.

• Working hours 10.45am to 8.30pm

• Working location: Chinatown

• $13/hr

• Commitment period: 24 August 2026 to 24 September 2026
