Temp Customer Service Associate #HHLT

Pay: $11/hr
Location: Novena

Duration: 6 months
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Job Scope:

. Attend to basic appointment-related calls and support the booking of simple appointments.

. Handle incoming calls from patients for their first visit.

. Schedule the appointments.

. Input and update patient information in the CRM system.

. Assists in clinic operations duties in the call centre such as emails/referrals etc if needed.
