Temp Customer Service Associate (Contact Centre) #HZOT

Duration: 6 months

Salary: $11 per hour

Location: Novena

Working Hours: Monday - Friday at 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break

Job Scope:

• Attend to basic appointment-related calls and support the booking of simple First Visit appointments.
• Handle incoming calls from patients for their first visit.
• Schedule the appointments.
• Input and update patient information in the CRM system.
• Assists in clinic operations duties in the call centre such as emails/referrals etc if needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum A/Nitec or Dip in any field
