Job Description

Punggol Coast

8.30am - 6pm (Mon to Thurs), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri) with 1 hour lunch break

28 Sep to 9 Oct 2026:

8.30am to 6pm (5.30pm on Fri) - Smart casual

12 to 16 Oct 2025:

8.15am to 9pm (estimated) - Work attire

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, set-up and on-site execution of Convocation 2026.
  • Assist with packing of degree parchments.
  • Provide operational support to ensure the smooth running of Convocation activities.
  • Perform other duties related to Convocation operations as assigned.
