Temp/Contract HR Business Intern

Responsibilities:

• Entertain office incoming calls, emails & enquiries
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Use a variety of sourcing channels such as job portal platforms and LinkedIn to actively search for potential candidates
• Screen & assess job applicants
• Coordinate interviews & manage job offers
• Handle job onboarding matters
• Assist in data entry & administrative tasks
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Min. A level & above in any field of study.
• Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people!
• On the job training provided!
